Alps Divide Ultra

Self-supported bikepacking race over around 1,050 km and 32,000 m elevation along the Western Alps, from the Mediterranean at Menton to Lake Geneva. The route combines old military gravel roads, high passes and small tarmac roads in the border area of France, Italy and Switzerland. The 2027 Ultra edition has been announced for September (date still to be confirmed); there is also an untimed Rally format (start 5 July 2027).
