Ride held in Gaiole in Chianti since 1997 on historic road bikes (pre-1987) in wool jerseys over the strade bianche of Tuscany. Not a race but a tour, with feed stations stocked with regional produce and a large festival in the village; the model for numerous Eroica offshoots around the world.
