Liège–Bastogne–Liège

"La Doyenne" is the oldest of the five Monuments (since 1892) and the conclusion of the Ardennes classics. The route runs from Liège to Bastogne and back to Liège over numerous Ardennes climbs such as La Redoute and the Côte de la Roche-aux-Faucons – a race for climbers and puncheurs.
