The women's edition of the "Hell of the North" has been held since 2021; it uses the same cobbled sectors as the men's race but starts in Denain and also finishes in the Roubaix velodrome. In 2026 it covered 143 km with 20 cobbled sectors (33.7 km), including Mons-en-Pévèle and the Carrefour de l'Arbre. Since 2026 the race has been held on the same day as the men's race and counts as a Monument.
