One of the oldest women's classics: held since 1974 in Cittiglio, birthplace of Alfredo Binda, and part of the Women's WorldTour since it began in 2016; there is no men's race. After the start the race covers several laps of a hilly circuit around Cittiglio, usually decided on the climb to Orino. The races are 130 to 150 km long.
